8th meeting of the ‘IISER Library Consortium’ was held at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Thiruvananthapuram during Dec 4-5, 2014.
Inaugural session of the meeting was chaired by Prof. K George Thomas, Dean, Academic and Faculty Affairs, IISER TVM. Dr.Sainul Abeedin P, Assistant Librarian, IISER TVM welcomed the members of the consortium and the invitees of IISER TVM. Dr. K George Thomas, in his inaugural address, asked the members of the consortium to adopt best practices of internationally renowned libraries while modernizing IISER libraries.
